BICEPS' PEAK: ADD OVER HALF AN INCH TO YOUR ARM SIZE

Build A Monster Biceps' Peak


Today we are going to discuss the anatomy of the bicep peak and what you can do to build a Arnold Replica Peak on your arms.

First of all you have to know that biceps are small muscles as compared to the real size makers on your arms i.e. TRICEPS. Biceps' Peak can be worked out with just one or two exercises at most and its better to train them with the outer head (Brachialis), of your biceps' workout as Peak is a part of outer head (Brachialis) of the Bicep. THE WORKOUT:

Now to start with the exercises we recommend the first exercise for developing a great peak is CONCENTRATION CURL the old school weapon used by the Legend Arnold Schwarzenegger.
You can add them in your routine at the very end and use the heaviest weight possible following strict and slowest motion as follows:
3 sets x 6 - 10 reps


The second exercise you can add to your workout and has a great effect on your peak size is SPIDER CURLS which you can also incorporate at the end of your biceps workout the range of motion has to be again slow and of strict form as follows:


3 sets x 6 - 10 reps
